On 30 June 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 20,974 ordinary shares at a price of 178.51p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,735,179 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,757,962 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
