On 17 November 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 4,158 ordinary shares at a price of 175.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,994,376 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 100,588,826 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
