On 11 June 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 1,000 ordinary shares at a price of 185.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,682,182 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 101,810,989 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
