On 3 November 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 6,118 ordinary shares at a price of 175.26p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 2,934,154 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 100,649,048 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
