On 23 November 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 10,825 ordinary shares at a price of 176.33p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 3,256,201 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 100,327,001 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
