On 25 November 2015, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 20,430 ordinary shares at a price of 178.14p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY. 

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 3,276,631 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 100,306,571 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
