On 18 October 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 91,232 ordinary shares at a price of 241.5658p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,201,957 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,381,245 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
