On 27 October 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 140 ordinary shares at a price of 241.50p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,291,429 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,291,773 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
