On 3 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 20,134 ordinary shares at a price of 243.9971p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,342,806 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,240,396 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
