On 9 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 6,960 ordinary shares at a price of 242.8750p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,414,605 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,168,597 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
