On 10 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 48 ordinary shares at a price of 241.5p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,414,653 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,168,549 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
