On 18 September 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 519 ordinary shares at a price of 233.3497p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 9,994,189 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,589,013 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
