On 23 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 4,132 ordinary shares at a price of 242.4463p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,576,012 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,007,190 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
