Transaction in own shares - 27 November 2017

On 24 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 9,929 ordinary shares at a price of 242.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,585,941 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 92,997,261 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
