On 28 November 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 20,000 ordinary shares at a price of 244.4625p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,630,511 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 92,952,691 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
