On 22 September 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 13 ordinary shares at a price of 232.75p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,022,980 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,560,222 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
