On 27 September 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 763 ordinary shares at a price of 233.1527p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,073,028 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,510,174 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
