On 28 September 2017, Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc bought back 263 ordinary shares at a price of 232.5523p per share to be HELD AS TREASURY.

Following this purchase Martin Currie Global Portfolio Trust plc holds 10,073,291 shares in TREASURY, and has a total of 93,509,911 ordinary shares with voting rights (excluding Treasury shares) in issue.
