               Notice regarding the revision of operating results forecast for fiscal 2007

MARUWA CO., LTD. ('MARUWA') announced that the operating results forecast for fiscal 2007 (1 April 2006 -
31 March 2007) announced on 16 May 2006 were revised as follows;

1. Revised consolidated operating results forecast for Fiscal 2007 (1 April 2006 - 31 March 2007)

2. Reasons for revision
The revision stated above is due to reorganization of production equipment between MARUWA and our overseas
subsidiaries for Circuit Ceramics and a part of EMC Components, and also transfer of production lines of
some products manufactured in Japan to overseas production bases.

  Meanwhile, the forecast for full year results was not changed.
