Appointment of New Chief Executive Officer of Le Chameau

The Company announces the appointment of David Robinson OBE as the new chief executive officer of the operating subsidiaries of Le Chameau Group plc ("Le Chameau"). David is an experienced executive who has recently spent eight years as President of Speedo International in which he led the transformation of the business to a global brand leader achieving material growth in sales and profitability during his tenure.

James Corsellis, a director of Le Chameau Group plc and founder of the Marwyn Group, commented: "We are delighted to be working with a CEO of David's calibre and believe his experience will be critical in driving the next phase of growth for Le Chameau.
