Correction to Audited Financial Statements 31 December 2009

The audited financial statements of the Company for the year ended 31 December 2009 are being re-released today to correct a typographical error.  The sub-total figure for total assets was incorrect in the audited financial statements for the period ended 31 December 2009.  This figure has now been corrected and the amended financial statements are available on the Company's website at http://www.marwynvalue.com.
