Net Asset Value per B Ordinary Share

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is £1.253 as at 7 May 2010.   The issued share capital as at 7 May 2010 was 4,355,000 B ordinary shares and 653,870 B exchange shares.

As at 7 May 2010 the closing mid share price of a B ordinary share in the Company was £0.99 and represented a discount of 21.0% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
