Net Asset Value per B Ordinary Share

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is £1.263 as at 15 January 2010. 

As at 15 January 2010 the share price of a B ordinary share in the Company represented a discount of 20.8% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
