The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is £1.257 as at 5 March 2010. The current issued share capital is 5,008,870 B ordinary shares and nil B exchange shares.

As at 5 March 2010 the closing mid share price of a B ordinary share in the Company was £1.00 and represented a discount of 20.5% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
