Net Asset Value per Ordinary Share

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is £1.108 as at 10 September 2010. The issued share capital as at 10 September 2010 was 67,006,473 ordinary shares and 15,150,000 exchange shares, which has not been adjusted for any potential warrant exercise dilution.

As at 10 September 2010 the closing mid share price of an ordinary share in the Company was £0.745 and represented a discount of 32.8% to the net asset value per ordinary share.
