Net Asset Value per B Ordinary Share

The board of directors of Marwyn Value Investors Limited (the "Company") today announce that the estimated net asset value per B ordinary share of the Company based on the estimated value of its interests in the Marwyn Value Investors L.P. is £1.215 as at 13 April 2012. The issued share capital as at 13 April 2012 was 5,008,870 B ordinary shares.

As at 13 April 2012 the closing mid share price of a B ordinary share in the Company was £0.610 and represented a discount of 49.8% to the net asset value per B ordinary share.
