Results of AGM 

The Company is pleased to announce that each of the resolutions which were proposed without amendment at the Annual General Meeting held at 11.50am today at 8 Beresford Street, St Helier, Jersey, Channel Islands have been duly passed.

Proxy votes were received representing 80.89% of live voting capital. Of those votes received in respect of the resolutions, votes were cast as set out in the table below.
