Any share certificate(s) in respect of Exchange Shares and/or Ordinary Shares held in certificated form and sought to be converted pursuant to the Exchange Procedure on the next Exchange Date shall be delivered to the Registrar by the Investor, at least 7 Dealing Days prior to the next Exchange Date, this date being 3rd September 2009.

If the above documentation, depository interests and/or share certificates are not received by the respective parties by the dates specified above, the exchange will not be completed. Unless otherwise stated by the Investor, the exchange request will be rolled to the following exchange date upon receipt of all requested items.
