The Company today announces that it was notified that on 15 June 2023 that James Corsellis, Antoinette Vanderpuije and Tom Basset, all partners of Marwyn Investment Management LLP, the manager of the Company, bought Ordinary Shares in the Company as follows:

Whilst none of James, Antoinette or Tom are Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility ("PDMR") within the meaning of the UK version of Regulation (EU) 596/2014, as incorporated in the UK by virtue of the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018, as amended in relation to the Company, they have voluntarily disclosed the information above to the Company, and the Company is voluntarily disclosing the information above to the market, as if they were PDMRs in relation to the Company.
