Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L) announces that its Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 May 2020, Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy was posted or otherwise made available to shareholders today, 23 September 2020.

The Company's AGM is to be held on Monday, 19 October 2020 at 10.00 am.  In light of the current measures in place related to the COVID-19 pandemic, shareholders can not attend in person.  However, they are strongly encouraged to submit their votes in advance, as well as any questions on the business to be transacted at the AGM.  Details of how to do so are included in the Notice of AGM.

Copies of the Annual Report and Accounts, the Notice of AGM and Form of Proxy are also available on the Company's website www.mattioliwoods.com.
