Appointment of Directors

Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth management and employee benefits business, is pleased to announce the appointment of Alan Fergusson to the executive board as Employee Benefits Director with immediate effect.  

Alan leads Mattioli Woods' employee benefits division, having joined the Group on the acquisition of Kudos Financial Services Limited in 2011.  Alan also sits on the board of Worldwide Broker Network, the world's largest network of independent insurance brokers and employee benefits consultants. 

The Group is also pleased to announce the appointment of Carol Duncumb to the board as Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.  Carol brings experience of leading high-growth companies, with wide experience managing growth, including mergers and acquisitions and consumer e-commerce development.
