                     Dividends - Correction to Record Date

The Board is pleased to recommend the payment of a final dividend for the year
ended 31 May 2006 of 1.4 pence per Ordinary Share.  Further to the Preliminary
Results released on 5 September 2006, the final dividend, if approved, will be
paid on 20 October 2006 to shareholders on the Register at the close of business
on 29 September 2006, not at the close of business on 27 September 2006, as
previously stated.
