Notification of Transactions of Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs")

As required by Article 19.3 of Regulation (EU) No. 596/2014 on market abuse, Mattioli Woods (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that on 14 February 2023, Michael Wright, Group Managing Director and PDMR, transferred 10,294 Ordinary Shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") to his wife, Sophie Helen Wright, for nil consideration. 

Michael Wright's total interest in Ordinary Shares therefore remains unchanged at 31,695, representing 0.06% of issued share capital, which includes shares held by his spouse.
