Mattioli Woods plc (AIM: MTW.L), the specialist wealth and asset management business, announces that at 1 February 2022 the Company's capital consisted of 50,893,548 ordinary shares with voting rights.  The Company does not hold any ordinary shares in treasury.  Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company at 1 February 2022 was 50,893,548.
