Pursuant to Listing Rule DTR3.1, Bluehone AiM VCT2 plc announces that the following beneficial holding of Ordinary shares of 10p each was acquired by Mr Gordon Harvey, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, on 7 October 2009.

50,000 Ordinary shares at 26.0p each, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued share capital. 

Mr Harvey is now the beneficial holder of a total of 77,244 Ordinary shares representing 0.139% of the Company's issued share capital.
