Merger Update (amendment)

Further to the merger update announcement made on 23 July 2008, the Board of Bluehone AiM VCT2 plc announces that the total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the capital of the Company ('Shares') issued to VCT 1 shareholders in connection with the Scheme was 17,148,342 rather than 17,148,842 as previously announced.
