The Board of Bluehone AiM VCT2 plc announces that the Company purchased for
cancellation on 26 July 2007 350,000 ordinary shares of 10p at a price of 78.0p.
Following this purchase there are now 38,288,848 ordinary shares of 10p in
issue.
The above figure (38,288,848) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for
the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify
their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Bluehone AiM VCT2 plc under
the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
