Resignation of Director

As part of its previously stated succession plan, the Board of Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC confirms the resignation of Mr Alec Craig as a Director following the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting held on 27 April 2017. The Directors wish to record their thanks to Mr Craig for his contribution as a Director and as the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee, during his time in office.
