On 21 April 2006 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC purchased for
cancellation 140,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 87.75p per share.



Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 9,794,243
Ordinary shares of 10p each and 14,954,494 C Ordinary shares.
