On 23 May 2006 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT PLC purchased for cancellation
50,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 86.5p per share.



Following the transaction the Company's Ordinary issued share capital is
9,744,243 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 14,954,494 C Ordinary shares.
