On 17 March 2010 Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC purchased for cancellation 367,737 of its own Ordinary shares at 52.0p per share.

Following the transaction and the issue of shares under the Maven Income and Growth Linked VCT Offer, the Company's Ordinary issued share capital is 29,461,535 Ordinary shares of 10p each.
