On 19 May 2010 Maven Income and Growth VCT 3 PLC purchased for cancellation 20,000 of its own Ordinary shares at 52.0p per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's Ordinary issued share capital is 29,441,535 Ordinary shares of 10p each.
