ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT 2 PLC
Declaration of a dividend
The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announce
that, following the profitable sales of investments in Styles & Wood, Bond
Aviation and Vibration Technology, a second interim dividend of 3.5p per
Ordinary Share will be paid on 19 January 2007 to those holders of Ordinary
Shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company who are on the register of
members of the Company as at 15 December 2006.
A first interim dividend of 2.0p was paid on 30 October 2006 and the payment of
the second interim dividend will bring the total gains distributed to Ordinary
shareholders to 5.5p per share.
