Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC ("the Company")
Allotment of Ordinary shares
The Directors of Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC are pleased to announce
the issue and allotment, conditional on listing, of a further 104,612 ordinary
shares of 10 pence each on 9 September 2005. It is expected that Admission of
the new ordinary shares will take place and dealings will commence on 8.00 a.m.
on 15 September 2005 and definitive documents of title are expected to be
dispatched by 26 September 2005. Following the issue on 9 September 2005, the
Company has 7,839,775 ordinary shares in issue. The Offer Price at which the
ordinary shares were allotted and issued was £1.00 per ordinary share.
Under the terms of the Prospectus, the Directors have the power to allot further
equity securities having a nominal value not exceeding 25% of the issued
Ordinary Share capital of the Company immediately following the issue of
Ordinary Shares pursuant to the Offer of Subscription.
All terms used in this announcement are as defined in the Company's Prospectus
dated 4 October 2004.
