ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT 2 PLC  

On 15 December 2009 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC purchased for cancellation 12,022 of its own Ordinary shares at 61.0p per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 7,823,141 Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,972,459 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the company is therefore 12,795,600 ordinary shares.
