ABERDEEN GROWTH OPPORTUNITIES VCT 2 PLC  

On 22 December 2009 Aberdeen Growth Opportunities VCT 2 PLC purchased for cancellation 24,845 of its own Ordinary shares at 62.0p per share.

Following the transaction, the Company's ordinary issued share capital is 7,798,296  Ordinary shares of 10p each and 4,972,459 S Ordinary shares of 10p each. The number of voting shares in the company is therefore 12,770,755 ordinary shares.
