Application has been made on 30 January 2001 to the London Stock Exchange and
the UK Listing Authority for the listing of 67,118 ordinary shares of 10 pence
each fully paid in the Company. The shares were allotted and issued under the
terms of the Company's dividend reinvestment scheme.
