Board Changes
Murray VCT 4 plc announces that Anthony Whitworth, having reached the age of 70,
is to stand down as chairman at the next annual general meeting on 7th
July 2005.

chairman designate and it is intended that she will take over the post vacated
by Mr Whitworth at the Annual General Meeting.
