ABERDEEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT PLC
NET ASSET VALUE AND PROPOSED FINAL DIVIDEND
The Directors of Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT PLC (the 'Company') confirm that
the unauadited Net Asset Value of the Company as at 29 February 2008 was 72.8p
per Ordinary Share.
Subject to the approval of the Company's Shareholders at the Annual General
Meeting, to be held on 3 July 2008, the Directors are recommending the payment
of a final dividend of 2.3p per Ordinary Share, to be paid on 25 July 2008 to
Shareholders on the register at close of business on 27 June 2008.
