ABERDEEN INCOME AND GROWTH VCT PLC - SHARE BUY-BACK

On 18 February 2009, Aberdeen Income and Growth VCT purchased for cancellation 25,000 of its own Ordinary Shares at 27.25p per share.

Following the transaction the Company's issued share capital is 35,403,992 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.
